REFUND AND RETURN GUARANTEE
- Returns & refund is a guarantee provided by our partner merchants, importers, and manufacturers for every product on this site.
- When you purchase and paid a product and you find it is not as described or was a different item, you will then be able to request a full return the item for replacement.
- You can submit replacement or refund requests within 15 days after your order has been completed and received by you.
- Make a letter, state the reason for the return, particularly item damaged in transit or wrong item or missing parts.
- Returned items that are defective or damaged outside your control is subject to replacement of the same item.
Items not included in a refund or return.
- An item you claim is not as described.
- Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
- A change of mind.
- Item has been taken out of their original packaging. The items should be returned in the same complete packaging as in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, etc.
- Items show signs of being used, tampered or damaged purposely will not be accepted for returns.
- Our returns policy is 15 days from receipt of the item.
Return Shipping Fee
- You will have to pay a domestic shipping fee to return the item.
Return Shipping Fee Refund
- If the item you purchased is confirmed to be counterfeit upon our verification, you will get a full refund plus shipping costs to be deposited in your bank account.
Return and Full refunds are not available
- Purchase item did not arrive on time or was delayed due to factors within your control i.e. providing the wrong shipping address and telephone number.
- The order did not arrive on time due to circumstances outside the seller’s control caused by flooding, strikes, courier vehicle breakdown, customs clearance, difficulty in locating your address etc.
